In 1942 Jane Randolph began with RKO with Highways by Night (1942). The Lewton Cat People and Curse of the Cat People followed at RKO. She appeared in several early "noir" films, and played one of the two female leads in Abbott and Costello Meet Frankenstein. Shortly following that film, she married producer Jaime del Amo and retired to Spain. Judging form the limited info at IMDB, Jane Randolph pursued painting after leaving Hollywood, though she made a brief cameo appearance in That Lady in 1955. |
